Hemp Seed Oil Skin Care

I discovered Hemp seed oil skin care -- is one of the least known, but most efficient ways to look after your skin, even today with all the so called modern care products.

Just a few hundred years ago people, especially women - did not have access to the plethora of skin care products available today - and many had to rely on their own initiative and creativity to produce skin care that worked.

Guess what? They did!!

And one mightily important ingredient they used -- was cold pressed hemp seed oil.

Hemp seeds hold a rich oil that contains-- essential fatty acids like Omega 3 6 and 9, but it does not just contain them. It holds them in a “perfect balance” - which no other natural Omega product can claim.

One of the coolest things about hemp seed oil skin care is it can be done in two separate and entirely different ways. It can be applied directly to your skin and/or consumed as a food stuff. Both ways are a big help for your skin. Internal and external.

Applying the oil directly to your skin will cause two things to happen. It will moisturize and soften your skin, provide sun screen protection of (Roughly SPF 6) and act as a natural bug repellant.

The oil will be absorbed by your skin quite readily and can be used safely on even the most sensitive areas of your body without fear of rash, chafing, itch or pain. Except in the extremely rare possibility of an allergic reaction to the oil.

Human skin is an incredible defensive barrier against most toxic and noxious substances - but it will also absorb much of what you put on it - so it goes without saying always be careful what you put on your skin.

A great rule of thumb. If you wouldn’t put it in your mouth - don’t put it on your skin.

With Hemp seed oil skin care your body and skin require certain minerals and nutrients to look good, feel good and function properly. This oil contains much of what your body and skin needs, things like calcium, magnesium, sulfur, potassium and phosphorus are part of the components of hemp seed oil .

Because your skin will absorb the oil -- the nutrients will help your skin and your body -- inside and out. Can you think of any manufactured skin care product -- that comes close to doing anything similar?

I mentioned there was two ways to give yourself hemp seed oil skin care. A second way to help your skin is to eat the oil on a daily basis.  Perfectly balanced omegas are a boon to the body and your skin.

Many folks use cold pressed hemp seed oil as a salad dressing -- many others simply take a tablespoon in the morning and evening.

It is also available in capsule form just like a supplement -- but remember it’s not a supplement. It isn’t processed - other than being cold pressed out of the hemp seeds. It’s a food. Which means it’s impossible to overdose. I guess it is possible to eat too much, but that is true of any food.

I myself am not fond of the flavor (don’t get me wrong many people love the taste)- so I take the convenient capsules. they look very similar to fish oil and Krill oil capsules.

Anecdotal evidence is showing people are finding relief from migraine headaches, psoriasis, eczema and other skin conditions and more.

So If you haven’t tried Hemp seed oil? There is no time like the present!
